CHRISTOPHER UPDATES

I know some of these pictures aren't recent, but,
so far, I only have these two school pictures for this year.

HE JUST BROUGHT THIS HOME TODAY

THIS WAS TAKEN THIS YEAR HIS FIRST DAY OF KINDERGARTEN

I ONLY HEAR OF ZACH AND CHRISTOPHER'S PROGRESS IN SCHOOL
SO THIS TIME I WANNA BRAGG ABOUT CHRISTOPHER.

CHRISTOPHER'S SCHOOL BEHAVIOR CHART FOR OCTOBER

Since school started, Christopher's teacher keeps a behavior chart for each student. Last month, well, let's just say he has truly improved! For each day they are good and follow the rules, she gives them a stamp. I can't remember which stamp she used last month but this month being Halloween, she chose a pumpkin. November will be a turkey and so on. Last month Christopher got about 8 stamps. This month as you can see, he got 22 pumpkins!! Wow!! What a difference!

WAY TO GO CHRISTOPHER!!

I am so proud of him! True, he's definitely a typical 5 year old, into things he likes, wants what he wants, cries when he don't get his way, and only sometimes he argues with his friends. He's developing quite a personality, I must say, but things like these achievements or when he puts his arms around my neck and says "Memay I love you", are worth every gray hair he gives us. heeheheee. Since he and Lynn moved in with us he has changed. More calm, but is still struggling with the concept of learning to take no for an answer. Plus he's getting older so all of the above are factors in his development.

CHRISTOPHER'S HOME BEHAVIOR CHART

I liked this idea his teacher had (a behavior chart) so after convincing him it was a kewl idea, I decided to make a similar one for him at home. We started November 1st and it will be until Christmas. It's been a week, so far, and he's gotten a stamp every day! Rules are, if he gets 50 out of 55 stamps, (number of days) we'll tell Santa he's been really good and we think he deserves a very special present. I told Christopher he can include his report when he writes his letter to Santa and tell him which, one, special present he would like Santa to bring him. I know this will be a very difficult decision for him to make because whenever we see Ads on TV, he always says, "I want that, I want that, I want that!" I told him to narrow his choices to 3 and Santa will choose which one of the 3 he'll bring. And he must remember to leave milk and cookies for Santa and a carrot for Rudolph.

THESE TWO WERE TAKEN WHEN HE WAS IN PRESCHOOL(What A QT)

I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED AS WE GET NEARER
TO "THE BIG DAY"!
